What can I do to erect a swing set in my backyard even though I live adjacent to a golf course?

My house backs up to a golf course and we find golf balls in our yard on a daily basis. At least 2-3 golf balls are found in our yard every day. I want to erect a swing set/play set for our children but am concerned about it because of the golf balls. There is not a place in our yard that we could put the swing set and not worry about the golf balls knocking our kids in the head. I thought about a net, but can not find one online….plus this has been mentioned to the HOA and they did not seem too excited about the idea of a net. I was hoping to find something that could shield the play set and be easily put up and taken down. We didn’t intend on staying in this house forever but considering the housing market, putting the house up for sale is no longer an option.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Fencing is not allowed in the neighborhood.
The club would not put anything up because it would be “unattractive”. Any swing sets that are put up have to be natural colors so that they blend in well with the environment and they have to be approved before hand and there are set backs on the property…they are very picky about the way it looks.
They golf sun up to sun down.
The neighborhood is a”golf course community”, so we live with the course all around the neighborhood. It is not just next to a golf course. Asking them to do anything would be a joke; their restrictions are like 200 pages long…regarding pools, fences, swing sets, pets….you name it.
Ideally some kind of pop-up netting would be great. Easily pops up and goes down. So it wouldn’t be up 24/7, just when the kids are playing…and therefore the HOA couldn’t complain too much. If anyone knows if there is any kind of net made like this I would greatly appreciate it.
