If you buy a home that is a fixer upper is it mandatory you have home improvement skills or do you learn along
the way. I have found a home that I love the idea of it. It is 100 yr old and has 3,575 sq ft and is selling very cheap. It does need repairs obviously but has already had the plumbing and electrical upgrades (done this year).
