because of old tree roots could I build a frame on top of soil and fill with concrete approx 4 inches ?
the tree was chopped down 2 years ago and is just a stump filled with some sort of poisen but it would be a a corner of the shed where it meets the garage I’m building off ( i will tie into exsisting brick garage)
