Can someone give me advice about my new budgie/parakeet?
Hi i just bought a new budgie about 3 weeks ago and I am starting to get worried because when i bought her she was very actively playing with a set of balls at the pet store. i happen to have the exact toy in her cage right now but she mostly sits in the back of her cage on her favored perch and looks at her toys without interest. She also screams and chirps back at the birds in our backyard in the morning and I am wondering if that will affect her getting used to her new home. She allows me to handfeed her millet and also sometimes perches on my hand to eat millet but for some reason she is still pretty hand shy? Please give me your advice!! =)

p.s. yes she does have cuttlebone and i think she may be a bit lonely right now but i heard keeping one is okay as long as u spend alot of time with her? she sees me about once every ten minutes haha.
thank you for all your help everyone! well today she seemed really relaxed and stuff and when i came home today she seemed pretty happy to see me! 
haha well so far shes fine with eating and stuff but she just tends to stay away from the pellets that i bought her so im still stuck with mixing seed with pellets and hopefully she’ll one day try one? and yes i went to the library a couple weeks ago and basically wiped the shelves of every parakeet book i could find and im still in the process of finishing them =] anyway i hope she feels more comfortable soon!
p.s. the radio is almost constantly on except wen im talking to it and at night time. i dont thnk thats too much of a problem?
