What can I do to plant rose bushes in an area where the water table is close to the ground surface?
I want to plant some rose bushes in my yard however; I know at least six inches of soil is recommended for planting any type of vegetation. My problem however, is I live in an area where the water table is very close to the ground and, sand is the predominant surface which leaves little to know soil on the ground. Any tips on how I can successfully landscape my yard with vegetation besides sand tolerant grass?
