Is landscaping a good career?

My local community college has a two year certification course for landscape management. I’m having a hard time picking a career but I know I want to work with my hands and be outside a lot. I don’t need to be rich but 15 dollars or more an hour is great. Does anybody currently work in this field to give some tips or insight?

How do I get into a real estate development career?

I recently have been watching a lot of HGTV, FLN and DIY Network, and I feel that I want to get into home building and/or remodeling. Where should I start? I came to this decision because one day, I want any home buyer’s one wish: that DREAM HOUSE! And what better way to do it then build it myself? I’m a very hands-on person, and I feel that this would be a great career field for me as well. Hopefully, I want to start my own business of buying property, building houses and selling them. Well, maybe keep a few. I already plan on taking classes to get my real estate license, but where to from there??
