What are the defenses for not tearing down a shed you need to live in if you are ordered to by zoning?
The shed itself is legal, but it is not legal to live in it because of zoning requirements for size, etc., but if you have nowhere else to go for shelter, what are the specific legal defenses so you can use this legally built roomy shed for shelter so that you don’t have to sleep on the streets?
