Help, how can I tell my bf I need more attention during this difficult time?
My bf is going away for 6 months in a few days. I’ve left my schedule wide open for us this week, other than work, and he has planned so many home improvement projects to try and get done before he goes that he barely has time for me! We have plans for the weekend (only at night) and I’ll stay over but then leave early so he can get to his projects! I am trying to be supportive and helping him out with some things but I am really sad that we can’t spend more time together before he leaves. Should I say anything or just continue to be supportive?! I am starting to get really annoyed, no phone calls or texts like usual, I feel very neglected. When I do call him all I hear is hammers and saws in the background, etc. lol, it’s crazy! He’s already stressed I feel like if I speak up it’ll stress him out even more, but what about me!
