For Do-it-yourselfers…(not sexual)?
What significant thing happened in the Do-it-yourself/hardware industry in the early 90′s up to the present. My information, dating only up to late 80s, says that “homeowners continue to renovate their houses with an eye to the past. Home improvement now refers to renovations as well as modernization” after the VCRs, which were used by DIY companies to demonstrate their products, were invented.
