Sandbox destructible environment.?

Hi,
Don’t you think that games with destructible building, the building break to easily.

I was playing on the red faction guerilla demo. I got in a car and drove it at a building, the car drive straight through the building!

In real life if I hopped into my car and drove it at my house it might break some stone but it wouldn’t completly destroy my house!

What do you people think about this?
