What can I get my in-laws for Christmas?
My in-laws live only 45 minutes away, rarely see us (including their own grandchildren), and have enough money to buy or do anything they want. They don’t actually do alot but gripe about life and do home improvement projects that don’t actually need done to begin with. So, what could I/we get them for Christmas? Previous years I gave them something like a grandma and grandpa’s house yard sign, but that now seems kinda dumb since they never even see their grandkids. My brother in law and his son, their own son and grandson don’t give them squat for Christmas. They (my in-laws) give us all a card with money in it, so I hate to show up with literally nothing for them, especially since we have given them something in the past. I am thinking bubble bath for my mother in law. What could I get for my father in law?
My brother in law has always used the excuse he cannot afford gifts. He only has himself and his now adult son. We have four children, still all at home, and I no longer work outside the home because we had twins.
