Can the 1500 tax credit be combined for multiple home improvements?

For example can I get 1500 for replacing $8K worth of windows with appropriate windows and another $1500 for upgrading to a 16+ seer ac unit, and $1500 for insulation upgrades or is it all maxed out at $1500 total.
